PROCESSING TIME
- Upon confirmation of orders, kindly allow from 3-5 business days to process and pack your orders.
- If orders consists of pre-order items, order would only be processed and packed after pre-order items arrived and will be despatched together.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
- If your order includes a pre-order item, do note that other items in your order would be ship together once your pre-order item are available.
- Estimate time for shipping for pre-order items would be around end of december
SHIPPING RATES
- Orders are shipped from Malaysia, due to the pandemic and our currency, I apologize for our shipping fee
- All shipping charges are calculated during checkout.
- All shipment are included with tracking number and using flexipack international from Pos Malaysia, please allow 4-12 weeks of delivery time from the date of shipment.
- We ship worldwide, however below are the destinations that are not included in the service;
Afghanistan, Israel, North Korea, Russian Federation, South Sudan, Somalia, Syrian Arab Republic, Taijikistan, Timor Leste, Ukraine and Yemen.

- If in any event that we cannot ship to your destinaton, you will be contacted for a refund.
CUSTOMS AND TAXES
- Any fees by customs are fully borne by buyer, according to different destination countries. Please note that all applicable taxes, customs or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
RETURN/REFUND & CANCELLATION
- All order are final, no returns will be accepted.
- In the case of wrong item received, do contact me for verification and refund process.
- Do note that once item are shipped, package handling and delivery are not within my control. In case of lost mail or postage damage, bear in mind that it is not in my control.
